Guitar

You are here: Home  > Guitar
The guitar is a fantastically versatile instrument. It's portable, it can deliver rhythm and accompaniment to songs or blistering lead and smooth melody. It works well as a solo instrument and in groups. It can sound contemporary or traditional. It's the ultimate in rock instruments. Whilst being simple to pick up it is tough to master, often becoming a life’s work. If you are looking for guitar lessons there are several types of guitar you can choose from, and we can advise depending on your interests which might be the most appropriate one. One of the joys of taking guitar lessons is that the guitar is an instrument that requires no accompaniment. The tough beginner hurdle is developing the finger strength to play chords, but once you've achieved that, you've unlocked hours of enjoyment playing your favourite songs.
