Our
teachers are the essence of Key To Music. We know
how the right approach can stimulate and develop
a student's interest in music and the wrong one
can damage it for good. A good teacher passes on
their enthusiasm as well as their knowledge.
KTM teachers are young, passionate and skilled.
It's a winning combination. The majority of our
teachers are in their twenties and have been cherry-picked
from the thriving pop/rock scene in London. They
are given guidelines for teaching and adhere to
the KTM report system. However they are encouraged
to be as responsive as possible in their teaching
methods to ensure the pupil gets exactly the type
of education they require.
Our teachers:
have been interviewed, vetted and CRB checked
hold further music qualifications
have extensive prior experience in one-on-one teaching
are passionate, personable, skilled
follow the KTM Report system. After every 5 lessons
a report is filed to ensure pupil and student are
on the right track. This enables us to co-ordinate
workshops according to standard and the songs the
pupil has studied |

‘The difference with Dan and other
teachers is that he makes everything fun and makes
learning specific to what you need, so if I want
