He moved to London in 2007 to study music at the Institute of Contemporary Music and since graduating he has become an active member of the London music scene and currently splits his time between performing and teaching.
As well as playing guitar on various projects, Eoin also plays guitars, mandolin and banjo in a folk trio that mixes traditional Celtic music with more contemporary original material.
Philosophy; Style; Expertise
Every student is different. Some people want to learn how to play scales at 100 miles per hour with the guitar behind their head whilst others just want to learn how to play some chords to accompany their singing voice. As a consequence, once the basic fundamentals have been covered, all lessons will be sculpted around the styles of music that the student enjoys and wants to learn. This aims to give the student the opportunity to take responsibility for their own learning and develop their own style of playing at their own pace. First and foremost, learning a musical instrument should be fun!
