EAST LONDON BASS GUITAR AND GUITAR TUTOR
I grew up in Bingley, West Yorkshire, and began playing music at a young age. After stints learning piano and cello, I found my passion in the bass guitar. I persued this love throughout school, playing with several bands in and out of the academic setting. I went on to get a degree in Commercial Music Performance at the University of Westminster, living in London for three years. In this time I met some great musicians, and gained valuable experience from them and the work we did. I then moved on to Sheffield, where I played with a handful of great artists, including the legendary house vocalist Steve Papa Edwards. In my four years there I played in towns across the country, and at various festivals (including Big Chill, Latitude and Wireless), whilst maintaining strong links with my colleagues in London.
